Beez

Recently I designed some tiny icons for the fine folks at Alamofire. They have a game that is available on Facebook for people to play. It has something to do with collecting icons that are in a group. The group I designed is the Hive. You can steal icons from your friends if they have ones you want, or you can buy some. That’s about all I know… except it is said to be a lot of fun and very addictive.

It was a challenge to make such tiny images. This is the largest they ever appear, and there are two sizes smaller than this.

If you notice… my header bar is BLANK. I tried to put some new images there but it didn’t seem to work. Could be that the thing has rusted solid due to lack of use. I dunno. I need a little tech wizardry from Keegan. I am now shining the “help me Keegan” bat signal up into the sky over the nearest coffee house where Keegan is hanging out…. hope he looks up….

...I was going to look for something the other day in the 2007 Brother Jones archives and noticed it wasn’t there… so… at least we have that going for us…

...I think this all has something to do with the IRS… I’m blaming everything on the IRS today…

...Keegan is going to rue the day he built any of these sites for us… currently in his spare time he’s working a few bugs out of a disabled DJ-ART web site…

...is it just us, or do you think the Internets is broken down again? ...someone probably needs to alert AlGore about this…

Algore is too busy creating global warming to mess with the internets. First he breaks the internets… then the environment…. everything is Algore’s fault… and the IRS of course….

Love the bees! I’m happy to say that I wasted my entire weekend stealing stuff from the Bees Knees collection.

I’ll get the header images fixed!

Have you heard about the new and improved web deal called “the Grid”? Really… tons faster and due to be test driven this summer.

I’ve heard about these bees and it’s good to finally see these fantastic little buggers.

...it’s all the IRS’s fault! ...whew, I’m glad I was able to get that in at least one more time today…

...way back in the day, I got a Xanga page so I could pester Mason with an occasional weird comment from the mysterious Emanuel Labor… I then got a MySpace page so I could look at some pictures some friends were posting… I got a Blogger page to leave you stupid comments from “weaselboy”, but I don’t have a Facebook page… I might be the only person left in America that doesn’t have a Facebook page… I don’t have the energy to go down the Facebook road… so I don’t think I will be stealing any more bees…

...I just saw your bee headers flashing… those look great… I like the multiple images… that’s a good solution to that difficult horizontal space… I need to do something like that too, I guess… mine have been up so long I can’t even remember what they are…

Den, it’s you AND me who are left in America without FaceBook pages.

I still have problems shutting down my computer at night.

It’s all I can to do keep up with this page and an occasional Jonesapalooza post. I did sign up for a Facebook page just to see if I could find the game images. Seems that you have to have friends there to play. I don’t have any friends so that ended that. I have heard that Facebook can be very addicting keeping up with all your friends and it can EAT UP ALL YOUR TIME if you are not careful.

I don’t have the time or energy for that either… so there is yet another empty page floating around in cyber space…
